Mobile Campaign Manager

Where will you work?

Our Cape Town office (37 Buitenkant Street, Cape Town, CBD).

Experience & Skills

You must be able to demonstrate your ability in the following areas

• Managing, sending and reporting of SMS or Email campaigns using web based software.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Account management and daily interfacing with client and facilitating their requests.
• Intermediate Excel experience (working with file formats, writing and researching Excel formulas and some pivot table knowledge)
• Compiling campaign reports from data files (e.g. CSV)
• Analytical ability, spotting trends in campaign data and recommending improvements.
• Uploading and downloading files using FTP.
• Using your own intuition for problem solving.
• Microsoft Access or PHP experience will be advantageous.

Requirements

• Working with Panacea Mobile clients on a daily basis to assist them in sending, managing and reporting medium to large SMS message batches and various other campaign types (Subscription, Lead Generation, Mobisites)
• Guiding clients in performing basic actions using Panacea Mobile’s software, ultimately with the goal of educating them to use the Panacea Mobile software independently.
• Producing campaign reports for clients from .csv data files.
• Contributing ideas to software improvement cycles.
• Uploading and downloading data files using FTP.
• Maintaining an organized archive of all campaign data files.

How much will you earn?

Your salary will be market related, with opportunity to negotiate for strong candidates.
