A high-speed SMS Server, capable of processing over 50 million SMSs in a 24 hours period. The vSMSC can comfortably handle large batch campaigns of 1 million or more messages for multiple accounts simultaneously or process high-volume transactional SMS traffic. Database partitioning, minimal read/writes for transactions and configurable data archiving all work together to keep the system light and fast. Finally, additional enhancements like intelligent queuing, retry management, load balancing across binds and extensive memory optimisations make the Panacea Mobile vSMSC one of the worlds most powerful Enterprise SMS platforms.
Least Cost & Priority Routing
Build up your international coverage and route redundancy by adding multiple SMSCs and gateways then configure optimal least cost routing profiles across all gateways. Prioritise traffic for certain accounts and round-robin scheduling will allow a greater portion of priority traffic through the gateway (i.e. 5 transactional messages for every 1 marketing message).
Access Control Levels (ACL)
Customise user permission profiles to fit your organisational structure. Setup access profiles for Campaign Managers, Customer Contact Centres, Support Technicians, Finance, Developers, Administrators and any other roles you would need.
Flexible Reports
The Report Builder allows you to create and save your own custom reports using any outbound messaging data in the system. Quickly identify which gateways and countries are under-performing, compare your total gateway and customer costs, see your top customers for the year and create any other reports you could possibly want. Results can be grouped, ordered, graphed and exported as CSV files for further processing.
