What is the easiest way to start sending messages?
The simplest way to get messages out to your clients is to use our console interface. Here you can import your address book, and use our simple send tool to get your messages out.
How does the billing work?
When you send a message we will route the message (each route is priced independently) within our system. We will then make sure you have enough credit in your account, and then bill the cost from your balance immediately.
You can check your coverage/pricing from within the console under “Account -> Your Coverage” from the menu.
How can I pay?
We offer various payment methods. From the console interface click the “Buy Now” link and choose the payment method you prefer. You can by by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal.
How do delivery reports work?
By default we request delivery reports when messages are sent via the console. If you are sending via API’s, please see the documentation.
Can I upload address books?
Yes, of course you can! We even have a help guide inside the console.
Can I Receive replies?
Yes, absolutely free of charge. They will be visibile in your inbox!
Are there any additional costs?
Nope. You only pay per message. Access to all our products is entirely free of charge.
