Panacea Mobile enterprise offers larger business and aggregators a host of administrative features to add, manage and maintain their customers routes, SMSC cost, customer pricing and lots more.
User Management
One of the key features of the the Panacea Mobile SMS Gateway is that it can manage all users of the system via an easy to use web interface.
Users can be added, deleted, updated via this interface. In addition to this, user billing information, routing and other transactions and reports can be performed directly from the interface.
Outbound Routing
The key feature of the Panacea Mobile SMS Gateway is it’s extremely powerful routing engine. All routes can be configured per operator (outbound gateway/SMSC) with costs associated; the specific routes will also be allocated to each user, again with custom costs for each user.
This will allow you to bill your clients differently based on networks they wish to send to, and for higher volume customers offer better discounts. In addition to this power, it has also been built to be extremely fast as can be seen by the architecture.
Routes can be configured per user, or system profiles can be used for users to share common profiles (for example worldwide coverage).
Routing is based on numerous factors at time of submission, this factors include:
Inbound Routing
In addition to the outbound routing features the Panacea Mobile Bulk SMS Gateway also has extremely powerful inbound (MO) routing.
Numbers or number ranges can be configured per gateway (operator/SMSC) and then these can be delegated to a particular user for delivery either via SMPP* or HTTP.
Numbers can also be shared amongst many users, but differentiated by keywords. As messages are received with a matching keyword attached, these will then be routed to the correct user as before.
Inbound (MO) messages can also be billed if applicable.
Billing
The Elite SMS Gateway has a tightly integrated billing system, managing all processes within the gateway.

Gateway Control

Reporting
The Panacea Mobile SMS Gateway has it’s own reporting infrastructure which is optimized for large capacity systems.
Reports are summarized daily (per timezone) so that database performance is not severely impacted during operation. All messages and end user reports of all users can be accessed via the administration console.
In addition, total system volume reports are also generated (and emailed) daily. These are broken down per country, per network.
Inventory reporting is also available to forecast stock levels in the system.
