Searching for an Outbound (MT) SMS

You are able to search for MT (outbound) messages that have been sent from the Panacea Platform by navigating to SMS > Messages on the left hand menu.

This will take you to the messages page.

From here you will need to enter your search criteria needed.

  • Mobile Number. This is the destination number of the message.
  • Account. This is the account that the message was sent from.
  • Date Range. This is the date range that the message was sent in,

When you are happy with the search criteria you can click on the Search button to have the messages that match listed.

From here you can view the details for a specific message by clicking on the View button next to the message. You are also able to export this list to a .csv file by clicking on the Export button.
