Anti-Spam Policy

At Panacea Mobile we adhere to all relevant spam policies. We encourage our clients to do the same. We do not condone the distribution of unsolicited messaging, notifications or alerts.

At Panacea Mobile we offer you three options:

  1. Inform us of the unsolicited message, and keep your number unblocked
  2. Inform us of the unsolicited message, and we have your number blocked against all outgoing messages in our own global block-list.
  3. Head over to the DMA’s website (South Africa) and add your mobile number to the DMA’s OPT OUT list. It is customary practice for all numbers on this list to be excluded from direct marketing campaigns.
