Making a payment

We currently accept two types of payments, bank transfers and PayPal

Bank Transfers

South African Transfers

When making a payment from a South African bank account first time payment approval can take up to two working days. Should you wish to expedite the process you can mail your account name and proof of payment to accounts[at]panaceamobile[.]com. Any queries regarding payments can also be directed to accounts[at]panaceamobile[.]com. Please ensure that you use your Panacea Mobile account name as the payment reference.

International Transfers

When making a payment from an international bank account first time payment approval can take up to seven to ten working days. Please ensure that you use your Panacea Mobile account name as the payment reference.

How to make a payment

To begin the payment process for a bank transfer simply log into your account and click on the red Add Credit button in the top right hand side of the page.

This will take you to the Payments page where you will be able to setup your payment.

You are able to set up the payment you wish to make on this page. You will be presented with the following options and information:

  • Payment Type –  You can select to pay either via a bank transfer or via Paypal
  • Credit Amount – This is the amount of credit that you wish to purchase. 14% VAT will be then added on to this amount if you are purchasing from within South Africa.
  • Promotion Code – Select this option if you have been provided a promotional code.

Once you have entered everything that is required you can click on the Generate Quote button.

If this is your first time making a payment you will be presented with a screen asking you if you are a South African business with a Tax number. Select the appropriate option and enter the required details and then click Submit to have the Pro-forma invoice mailed to your email address associated with your Panacea Mobile account. You will also be taken to the Payment Pending page that displays the invoice breakdown and the relevant Bank Details.

Once you have received the Pro-forma invoice you must make the payment into the bank account listed using your Panacea Mobile account name as reference. Once done you can then mail the proof of payment and account name to accounts[at]panaceamobile[.]com, you can also use this address should you have any queries.

PayPal Payments

Once you have made a payment via PayPal we will check if your Panacea Mobile account’s email address matches your PayPal email address. If the addresses match then your first payment approval will take place within two working days. Once your first transaction has been approved all subsequent will automatically approve as long as they are made from the same PayPal account to the same Panacea Mobile account.
If your PayPal and Panacea Mobile email addresses differ, we will send an email to your PayPal address within two working days asking for confirmation of ownership. You will need to reply to the mail to prove that you have access to the address and the PayPal account. Once your first transaction has been approved all subsequent will automatically approve as long as they are made from the same PayPal account to the same Panacea Mobile account.
